Nestled at the base of Snow King Mountain, 215 Aspen Drive is ideally situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood within a 5-minute walk to the new gondola, 10-minute walk to Town Square and hiking & biking out the front door.  The upper unit of this recently (2022) refurbished home sleeps six with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, pull-out queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen and open-plan living room/ dining area comprising approximately 1,000 square feet of living space.  This property is ideal for remote working and extended work-play vacations.

Please note that per County regulations we may rent only once per 31-day cycle.  "No residential unit may be rented such that occupancy is limited to less than 31 days."

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, attached full bath (two sinks, shower & tub), closet, dresser and motorized sit/ stand desk.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser and twin-size fold out sleeper seat perfect for little ones.

Off the hallway there is a common bathroom with shower.

The open kitchen is fully appointed with gas range/ oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, ample cookware, flatware, cutlery, stemware, glasses, mixing bowls, knives, etc.  The main kitchen counter has a seating area with four bar stools.

The dining area has a rustic tree trunk table that seats six.

The living room has two large, comfortable couches with alpaca throw blankets.  One of the couches is a queen pull-out sleeper sofa.  There are two leather easy chairs and a flat screen smart TV with standard cable and access to numerous internet video streaming services (may require your own account).

Accommodations are rounded-out by a covered front porch with gas barbecue grill, shared mud room with dedicated changing bench and cubby storage, and a shared laundry with full-size washer and dryer.

Note that there is a video camera doorbell at the front door that monitors the front entry and front porch area. There are no other cameras inside our outside the property.

An onsite Host couple  live in the lower unit of the home accessed by a separate entrance. 

Your onsite Host, Emma, will greet you at check-in, answer questions, resolve any issues that might arise and ensure you have everything needed to enjoy your stay in Jackson.  Originally hailing from New England, her love for the mountains drew her to Jackson after college and she has stayed since, making Jackson home with her dog and best friend, Crosby.  She strives to give back to the community and works full time for a local non-profit.  She  also serves as part time ski patroller at Jackson's "town hill", Snow King Mountain.  The outdoors is her playground in all seasons and she spends her free time skiing, trail running, paddling, biking and camping in the Tetons.
